Even if the recovery phrase is compromised, the passphrase can reduce the risk of your Bitcoin being stolen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-st-paragraph-check\">Even if you use the same recovery phrase, the presence or absence of a passphrase will result in separate wallets.
